Before You Email, Check If Your Question Is Answered

You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Go to Settings > Subscription > Cancel. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period, and we won't charge you again. No cancellation fees, no questions asked.
Go to Settings > Preferences and adjust your delivery time. Changes take effect the next day. You can choose any time between 6am-10pm in your timezone. Premium users can set different times for weekdays vs weekends.
Yes! Go to Settings > Delivery Method and connect your Slack workspace. You can switch between email and Slack anytime. Premium users can receive prompts in both channels simultaneously.
Premium users can export all reflections as JSON or CSV from Settings > Data Export. Free users can copy/paste individual reflections. We're working on adding PDF export with formatting options.
Yes. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit using industry-standard AES-256 encryption. We use Supabase for secure database hosting with row-level security. Your reflections are private by default and never used for AI training. We're GDPR compliant and undergo regular security audits.
